Sailboat Vista is a second rendering of a vista captured in Maui while touring Hawaii in 2008. While I was thoroughly mesmerized just watching the gentle waves of the Pacific, something special happens when a sailboat enters the vista! I could almost feel the wind gently blowing in my face and taste the salt as the waves splashed onto my lips! This image was accomplished by digitally enhancing and manipulating my original photograph.

More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera.
