Protect Your Heart Canvas Print

Protect Your Heart is a digitally created rendition of my original photograph taken in one of our lower gardens. I took it through two digital paint processes, a touch of digital art, a mixed media to add a mask, and then finally added the wording. The wording was inspired by a current small group bible study about putting on the armor of our faith to protect ourselves from the deluge of temptations and evil that sadly exist in our world.

God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye.
