Lahaina Maui Palm Trees is one of my favorite vistas I captured of Lahaina on our 2008 trip to Hawaii! I had no idea that Lahaina was the former capital of Hawaii, did you? If planning a trip there, I recommend not missing its famous banyan tree, especially since it is the oldest existing in the USA; Pu'u Keka'a (Black Rock) on the famous and beautiful Ka'anapali Beach, where we stayed; and if you enjoy art, the galleries on Front Street! Believe me, there's just SO MUCH MORE.
God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye.
