Bird of Prey is a painterly (in my Paintique Collection) of a hawk in one of our back gardens. After taking several photographs I tried my very best to get it to leave, yelling at it and even threw a rock in its direction, but to no avail. You see, our gardens are like a haven for birds, so birds of prey are not welcome.
God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye.
