Spring in Ohio is pretty much the same every year - we experience winter, spring AND even a little bit of summer for what seems like FOREVER! As I share this artwork, it is April 20th and we had 31 degrees as we ate breakfast and 59 as we are preparing for supper. I took my photograph through a digital corrective process, a paint process and then a mixed media to reach this final rendition.
God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye. I continue to grow, both in my interests and skills and am now offering abstract and even digital artwork that are created totally through manipulations in a variety of artistic...
