The iron bed, my grandmother's, was going to end up on the curb if I didn't take it. However, we didn't have room for it in our home - no room at all! But there was absolutely NO WAY it was going to the curb! So I got creative and put the footboard in one of our gardens and gave the headboard to my son to put in one of his gardens - so this treasured family antique, being at least 106 years old - is still in the family! YAY!
God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye.
