Artist's Description
Our vacation to Grand Island, which had been on my bucket list for years, was everything I hoped for! Well to be perfectly honest, it could have been LONGER! Relaxing on the lawn at Mission Point was just simply the best! Again, to be perfectly honest, as a photographer it was next to impossible for me to just close my eyes and forget all the beauty around me. I took my original photograph through a digital paint process and then an additional creative editing software to reach this “as if painted” rendering (Paintique Endeavors and Travel Collection seems).

God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye.
