If I Had a Rose is a photograph I took with my cellphone of a rose at a local diner. They always have such pretty floral arrangements! Thankfully, they also have tasty food, so I tend to dine there a couple times a month.
God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye. Diane, you are so welcome! It is such a lovely image and I happen to love roses!! When I was little, my mother had a huge, amazing rose garden. I also have almost every rose my husband has given me, all dried. Some are in petals, but I love using them all in my still life images.
