Have Faith was created the week when flooding was devastating the midwest and eighteen tornadoes came through Ohio. Living in Montgomery county Ohio, where the worst property damage occurred from the tornadoes - truly looks like a war zone - God pulled me to create something to share on social network to remind people that He is with them; He will give us the strength we need! Using my photograph of some anemone flowers in one of our gardens, I did extensive digital manipulation to it, took it through a digital paint process, added the wording, and tne did a bit more manipulation to reach this rendering.
God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye. I continue to grow, both in my interests and skills and am now offering abstract and even digital artwork that are created totally through manipulations in a variety of artistic...
