Good Tidings Luke 2 is a vista captured in one of our back gardens and was created with Christmas in mind, when we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I believe it would make a beautiful Christmas card! To achieve this rendering, I did extensive digital manipulation to my photograph, put it through a digital paint process, more manipulation, then added the border and verbiage via mixed media.

God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye.
