Good Morning Sunshine was a vista of the Edinburgh Castle I captured while standing on our hotel room balcony on Princes Street a few years ago while touring Europe. Yes, we could look to our left and see the Sir Walter Scott Monument, look straight and see Old Town Edinburgh (where I left my heart), to our slight right and see the Festival Wheel (which was literally right across the street from our hotel), and then to the right, see the iconic Edinburgh Castle! This rendering was accomplished through digitally manipulating my original photograph.
God has given me this gift and being a Christian, I always give Him all the glory for allowing me the opportunity of sharing it with you. More often than not, the purposes of my photographs are the result of seeing beyond what is drawing me to grab my camera. It is like an extra sense and when they are loaded to my computer, their purposes are revealed and thus the process begins. This revelation walks happily hand in hand with my desire to learn more digital creative techniques, explore and experiment with the end result enhancing what originally captures my eye. I continue to grow, both in my interests and skills and am now offering abstract and even digital artwork that are created totally through manipulations in a variety of artistic...
